PlanRight will automatically hide specifically "Completed" and "Cancelled" WFM job states on your schedule. However, you may want jobs under custom WFM states hidden on your schedule! If so, just email a screen shot of the jobs states names you wish to remove from your schedule to support@planrightapp.com and we can tailor the job states in PlanRight to recognise your specific terminology.
