Filter by Staff
To filter your schedule by staff, select the Filter by Staff filter and select a staff member from the list.
Click Show All Filters to display the other filters.
You can filter by:
- Task Status
- the Groups that you have set up
- Filter by task name

You can also filter by groups if you have them set up. For example if you have teams in different locations, group filters can help make it easier to see & plan work for a particular.

Filter by text
You can also filter by task name using the text filter.
View by different display periods
The schedule can be set to display periods of 1, 2, 4 & 6 weeks. You can edit this by selecting your preferred view from the view options above your schedule.
After scrolling through several weeks in your calendar, it can be difficult to find your way back to the current week. PlanRight makes this easy with the Go to Today button which automatically defaults your calendar back to the current day.
