The users initially come through to PlanRight from WorkflowMax. Both the people who schedule and the people who are being scheduled count towards per-person pricing. Therefore pricing is based on the total number of users that are Active or Inactive in PlanRight. Active users have a login to PlanRight and Inactive users are users that need to have work planned for them.
