To create a booking, follow these steps:


  • Click on the 'Work' tab to create a Booking
  • Select 'Add Booking'


  • Choose the Client you wish to create a booking for
  • Select the relevant Job from the list
  • Enter an appropriate Booking Name (which should reflect the purpose of the meeting/visit)
  • Complete ALL remaining fields noting that "Work Units" could be the anticipated number of hours required for the meeting or visit, or a quantity of items you need to take
  • Select 'Save Booking'


  • You will be notified of a successfully created booking
  • Select 'Ok'
  • Bookings will now be visible in in the 'Bookings' tab
