PlanRight uses colour codes to show you how much capacity a staff member has. Days in the past can be green, light orange or dark orange. Days in the future can be red or blue.
Days in the past
Green: Met or exceeded daily target
Orange: Very light orange means the staff member nearly met their target. Dark orange means they logged time, but did not come close to their target. The darker the orange, the less time they logged.
Days in the future
Blue: Very light blue means that a staff member has been assigned some tasks, but still has lots of capacity. Very dark blue means that a staff member is at capacity. The darker the blue, the less capacity they have.
Red: Staff member is over capacity
White: Staff member has not been assigned to any tasks.
