Browser Analytics are collected so we can profile and support the PlanRight application.

They’re stored in logs hosted in our New Zealand based hosting environment.

They’re collected by the following third parties who provide analysis on this data:

  • Microsoft Application Insights - for the main application
  • Application Insights is an extensible Application Performance Management (APM) service for web developers on multiple platforms
  • We store the data for this service in the USA

  • We consider the active monitoring and performance of our application an essential part of the system - which is why there isn’t an opt out. However, the cookies and browser calls can be blocked at source without degrading our experience

  • Google Analytics - for the marketing site

Core Application Data is collected to provide core functionality to the PlanRight application.

The data is stored in a database hosted in our New Zealand based hosting environment.

They data is collected via entry into the application by the user or via sync from WFM & XPM.

The information may be passed back to WFM & XPM to ensure data integrity between the two systems.

  • Email Address / Payment Method

If you are the billing contact you will have entered a payment method.

PlanRight do not hold the actual details of the payment method.

The information is passed to the following third-parties for processing:

  • Chargebee
    • Chargebee is a subscription billing system
    • Chargebee do not publish where its data is stored

REQUESTING TO REMOVE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You can request to have your personal data removed from PlanRight by emailing privacy@planrightapp.com. We will need to verify that you are the owner of this personal data before we delete your data. This may include contacting your organisational billing contact.

Core Application Data:

We can remove you from PlanRight but we can’t remove you from WFM & XPM. Please contact your Company to do this. To ensure that you’re not further synced, we’ll need to retain your Staff identifier (at least) until you’re removed from the origin data.

Browser Analytics:

You will age out of the third-party systems in 30 days. We have no control over this timing.

HOW TO REQUEST PORTABILITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You can request to have a download of your personal data from PlanRight by emailing privacy@planrightapp.com. We will need to verify that you are the owner of this personal data before we supply it to you, this may include contacting your organisational billing contact.

HOW TO CORRECT ERRORS IN YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You can request to correct errors in our data by emailing privacy@planrightapp.com. We’ll need to verify that you’re the owner of this personal data before we correct it - which may include contacting your organisational billing contact.

In most cases, our data is synced from WFM & XPM and is a mirror of that system. So your personal data will need to be corrected in the WFM & XPM system first and then flow through to us.
