Capacity calculations are calculated based on the working hours and productive percentages set for individual staff members. PlanRight calculates the number of hours available for each individual and minuses the hours logged to calculate how much capacity that staff member has remaining. Capacity calculations are also calculated (or spread) daily to ensure hours remain up-to-date.
