In the schedule screen, you can filter by groups. This shows your capacity across different groups. In this example, we can use groups to see capacity across different regions:
By ticking the “Auckland” box we can see staff based in Auckland only:
You can add more groups, and filter across multiple groups too. For example, you could add “experience level” as a group, then filter to show every senior staff member based in Auckland.
