PlanRight use EndGame as a product development partner. In all cases data that is visible to PlanRight is also visible to members of the EndGame team that are assigned to PlanRight.

If you’re not the nominated PlanRight subscribing member we haven’t specifically obtained your consent to process your personal data.

This is due to the nature of the product. As an add-on to WFM & XPM, your personal data is passed to us on authorisation of your organisation’s billing contact or administrator from WFM & XPM. As such, we’ve taken the position that this is implicit consent on behalf of a data controller.
